The Russian president of the the largest country in the world, signed the Russian Internet isolation law. The law, which lasted for a year, has been followed by new US strategies, and has since been tested experimentally and is now scheduled to be operational from November 10th.

How Russia became independent?

With the signing of Putin, which is at the bottom of this law, the Russian Internet is essentially independent of the international network. So that Russian servers should cut off their connections with foreign service providers.
