If you are getting those incessant message from MTN and you don’t want it to continue again, because it runs your phone battery down or any other reason you have to remove it.
Sometimes the message comes from these numbers of short codes – 5021, 5020, 5030, 5031 and 4100 etc
To avoid or put an end to those advert codes
follow this step below
Goto your message box and text/send STOP to 33111.
And you will receive a message in few minutes saying “you will be removed from our campaign advert database within the time duration of 24hrs. Thank you”
Now after the period, there will be no interrupting message from MTN again. Enjoy your peace.
