How to Set Windows Speaking Tool Using Custom Voice Messenger During Startup

It is just a little trick on how to  make your pc welcome you whenever you power it on.  All you need do to get this stuff  working for you  is just to follow the below steps given. I really made the steps so easy to apply. So go ahead and have your computer welcome you as a boss.

Step 1. Goto youy Start menu- Navigate to the All Programs- Accessories and you will get to see Notepad.

Step 2. Now copy the code given below and paste.

speaks=”Welcome to your PC, Michael”
Set speech=CreateObject(“sapi.spvoice”)
speech.Speak speaks

Step 3. Change the Michael with whichever name you want.

Step 4. look for the File Menu, and click on it, then choose Save As, Select All Types in Save as
Type option, and save the file as Welcome.vbs or “*.vbs”.

For Step 5. Now Copy the saved file.
Step 6. Navigate to C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart MenuProgramsStartup (in Windows XP) and to C:Users (User-Name) AppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart
MenuProgramsStartup (in Windows 8, Windows 7 and
Windows Vista) if C: is your System drive. AppData is a
hidden folder. So, you will need to choose show hidden folders in the Folder options to locate it.

Step 7. Paste the file you copied

Hey, we are done. So when next you start your computer, windos will welcome you in such a computerize voice.

For better result on this, it is highly recommended, you change the Pc sound Scheme to no Sound.
 How to change the Sound Scheme to no sound. Do that by following the below steps

1. Open your Control Panel.
2. Now Click on switch to classic view.
3. Click on the Sounds and Audio Devices.
4. Click on the Sounds Tab.
5. choose No Sounds from Sound Scheme options.
6. To save your Previous Sound Scheme, save it by clicking Yes in the popup menu.
7. Now click on OK.
